These terms are between you and Ordinexis Sdn Bhd, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. They apply to ordinexis.com and public demonstrations that refer to these terms. By using those services, you agree to follow these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the relevant service.

You must be legally able to agree to these terms. If you act for an organisation, you must have authority to do so. Contact hey@ordinexis.com with questions. Our Privacy Policy explains data handling; our AI Use Policy sets out rules for AI interactions and forms part of these terms for those interactions.

This website explains our products and services. Descriptions, examples and roadmaps are not an offer of a specific deployment, a service-level commitment, or a promise that a capability fits your organisation. Illustrative workflows are not live product outputs or evidence of a customer result.

Paid services, implementation work and customer deployments require the applicable order, product terms or written agreement. A signed agreement governs the services it covers if it conflicts with these website terms. Product-specific conditions also apply where they are presented to you. Mandatory law takes precedence over all of these terms.

You may browse the website, contact us and use available demos for lawful evaluation. Use accurate information when contacting us or creating an account, and protect any credentials issued to you.

• Do not disrupt, overload or attempt unauthorised access to the website, accounts, infrastructure or other users' information.
• Do not bypass rate limits, access controls, payment requirements, safety controls or demo restrictions.
• Do not submit malware, carry out fraud or impersonation, or use the services to infringe another person's rights.
• Do not use public demos for automated bulk activity or a production workload without permission.

Report a suspected security issue through our Responsible Disclosure Policy. Security audits and testing are prohibited under our Security Audit Policy. Do not access or disclose other users' data to demonstrate an issue.

A public test lets you evaluate a limited experience. Session duration, quotas, supported browsers, language options and availability may change. A free demo does not include production access, unlimited use, support guarantees or rights to use paid services without an agreement.

Microphone access is required for voice features. Review the notices shown before starting a test, obtain any necessary participant permissions and use non-sensitive sample material. Demos may be unavailable, interrupted or withdrawn. Do not rely on them for emergency contact, real bookings, payments or other real-world commitments unless the service expressly provides that function under agreed terms.

Commercial rates, billing, cancellation and refunds are governed by the applicable service agreement or checkout terms, not by an illustrative example on this website. No paid subscription is created merely by browsing ordinexis.com.

You remain responsible for the material you provide and must have the rights, authority and permissions required to provide it. By submitting it, you permit the processing needed to handle your request or provide the chosen service, subject to applicable privacy notices and agreements. These website terms do not transfer ownership of your pre-existing content to us.

AI output can be incorrect, incomplete, outdated, biased or similar to output given to someone else. We do not guarantee that output is unique, suitable for a particular decision, or free of third-party rights. Check it before relying on, publishing or acting on it. These website terms do not make a blanket promise about ownership of all generated output; any additional rights are governed by applicable law and product agreements.

Website design, software, text, graphics, product names and logos are owned by or licensed to their respective rights holders. You may view the site and share links for normal business evaluation. Except where law permits it, do not reproduce substantial parts, redistribute software, misuse branding, or imply that we endorse your activity without written permission.

Publicly visible source code, images or demo access do not grant ownership or a broader software licence. Third-party components remain subject to their own licences.

Links may take you to product sites, public tools, founder-related companies or third-party services. Their operators, terms, privacy notices and technical requirements may differ. A link is not a guarantee of availability, security or suitability, and does not by itself create an agency or partnership relationship.

Read the destination site's notices before sending information or starting a voice session. Your connection, device, email provider and browser permissions can also affect the experience.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, this website and its public demos are provided on an "as available" basis without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, complete accuracy or fitness for your particular purpose. Website content and AI output are not a substitute for qualified professional advice or your organisation's review.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Ordinexis Sdn Bhd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from website or public-demo use, such as lost business opportunities or loss caused by relying on an unverified AI output. This does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, excuse fraud, or remove mandatory consumer rights. Liability for contracted services is addressed in the relevant agreement.

We may change the website or restrict public-demo access to address abuse, security, technical capacity or legal requirements. Those actions do not remove rights or obligations under a separate customer agreement.

We may revise these website terms and will identify the current version by its revision date. Review the terms before subsequent use. A revision does not retrospectively rewrite a signed agreement or remove rights that have already arisen under applicable law. Where notice or consent is legally required, an updated page alone is not a substitute.

These website terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you. Nothing here prevents you from exercising a right to bring a claim or complaint before a court, tribunal or regulator with jurisdiction under applicable law.
